Stylen is an AI-powered fashion inspiration platform I built to help people discover and create outfits more easily. The name comes from the German word “stylen,” which means to style or design, reflecting our goal of making everyday dressing feel more intentional, effortless, and inspired.
The platform combines AI and human curation to generate outfit ideas, analyze silhouettes, color palettes, and overall styling, and turn them into practical insights. Instead of just showing looks, Stylen helps users understand why an outfit works and how they can adapt it to their own wardrobe.
I built Stylen end-to-end, including product concept, user experience, AI-assisted content generation, and growth. The platform focuses on delivering fresh, daily inspiration while also making it easy for users to explore different styles and recreate looks through curated recommendations.
Behind the scenes, I designed and developed a lightweight CMS and admin panel to manage content, workflows, and publishing. I also built supporting tools such as Chrome extensions to streamline content creation, allowing faster generation, editing, and iteration of new styles.
Technologies & Tools Used
Stylen is built using an AI-assisted development workflow, leveraging Cursor for rapid development and prototyping, along with tools like ChatGPT and Hailuo AI for content and creative generation. This setup enables fast iteration, scalable content production, and continuous product improvement.
